Naturalness for your baby

Mama Nuka is the first baby sling that does not contain a drop of chemicals. In a patented process, we dye our fabrics with extracts from what nature has given us: leaves, roots and flowers. Plants not only give beautiful colors, but are also good for your skin and that of your baby. For us, fair trade is not a trend, but an attitude. Responsibility towards our environment is not an option, but a must. That is why we rely on renewable raw materials and recycled materials.

Conventional textile dyeing harms our environment and the health of workers in the textile industry: groundwater is contaminated, soils dry out, skin irritations are caused. We offer an alternative: as part of an ecological cycle, Mama Nuka protects the environment and workers for a safe future.

Handmade in India

We chose India as our production location because we value India as the cradle of textile manufacturing for its traditional techniques. We support an Indian social project with 1% of the revenue, pay fair wages and return 100% of the water used in the dyeing process to the natural cycle.
