We deliver worldwide.
Shipping Costs
(As a small business under § 19 Abs. 1 UStG, no VAT is charged):
- Free shipping to Germany for orders over €150.
- Domestic (Germany): €4.90.
- EU countries: €12.
- Non-EU countries: €24.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 3-5 days, and international deliveries take 5-7 days after contract conclusion (in the case of prepayment, after receipt of payment).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we ship them together unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
Return Policy
All orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery without stating a reason. As we are still a small startup, we cannot cover return shipping costs. However, there are no additional fees for returns. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used during the purchase.
